About Us
We are a U.A.E.-based engineering and manufacturing organization engaged in international trade and export operations. To support our growing business, we are establishing a presence in Melbourne, Australia. Before our office is officially opened, we are seeking to hire a skilled professional who can independently manage and coordinate our routine export operations from Australia to the U.A.E., while reporting directly to our Dubai head office.
Why We Are Hiring in Australia
Australia plays a strategic role in our global supply chain, and this position will ensure smooth, compliant, and timely exports. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up processes, handling end-to-end export operations, and preparing for the opening of our Melbourne office.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day export operations from Australia to the U.A.E.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and submit all export documentation in compliance with Australian and U.A.E. regulations.
• Monitor customs requirements, tariffs, and Incoterms to avoid delays or penalties.
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support supply chain planning to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Report directly to the U.A.E. head office on export performance and operational updates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
• 5 10 years of proven experience in export management, operations coordination, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
• Relevant certifications in trade, supply chain, or logistics are an advantage.
• Must be an Australian Citizen.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: AUD $130,000 $150,000 per year
• Additional benefits and allowances, including travel allowance.
• Hybrid work arrangement (home + Melbourne office once opened).
