Job Description

We are hiring Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Joliet, Springfield, Rockford, and Peoria. As a PCA, you’ll offer hands-on support that empowers clients to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

Responsibilities of a Personal Care Aide (PCA):

- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Helping with instrumental ADLs (IADLs): meal preparation, grocery shopping, medication reminders, and household management.
- Offering mobility and transfer support (bed to chair, wheelchair assistance, use of lifts if required).
- Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life.
- Encouraging clients to maintain independence by assisting their daily routines.
- Observing and reporting changes in health, mood, or behavior to supervisors.
