Position: Customer Care Advocate
Location: Oriskany, NY (Must live within 1 hour)
Work Arrangement: Remote after training
Contract: 3+ months (with potential extension)

What You’ll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, or similar)

Ability to work flexible shifts between 8 AM 11 PM, Monday Friday

Solid computer navigation skills & ability to multitask across multiple systems

Strong communication, active listening & empathy-driven approach

Preferred Skills:

Prior call center or customer service experience

Background in dental or insurance products

Dental office experience

Salesforce familiarity is a plus
