Position Overview:

-We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects.
-The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented a true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations.

-You’ll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
-Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
-Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
-Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
-Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
-Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
-Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
-A Type A personality organized, proactive, and driven to get things done
-Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
-A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
-Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required
