Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas.
Ensure all food items are stored and rotated properly to minimize waste.
Support chefs in mise en place (preparation work) before service.
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
