We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager who will drive our growth, manage client acquisition, and build a strong sales team to exceed targets.
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving the company’s revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion across multiple channels.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (downlines).
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with management to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Compensation

N300,000 Monthly (Terms & Conditions Apply: N100,000 standby + performance-based incentives upon achieving a minimum of 10monthly sales from personal efforts and team downlines).
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Coverage after probation period.
