Job Description
- Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies
- Work through leads to Sales on CRM
- Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
- Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
- Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channels
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
- Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
- Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
- Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
- IT and HR background is a plus
