Job Description
- Collecting the data from multiple heterogeneous data sources.
- Conduct the thorough analysis of gathered data to check for meaningful data.
- Perform data mining with using different querying techniques of SQL.
- Check for different data configurations and patterns.
- Model the data with using different modeling techniques.
- Make the projections of the data according to analyzing the trends of data.
- Create different kind of reports i.e. weekly or monthly reports, using different Business Intelligence tools
- Present your findings with good presentation through meetings, seminars and presentations.
- Preparing the report which will give information about all the data which will help the management and organization.
- Discuss with management about the business strategy using the data analyzed by you.
- Such other duties as may be designated or assigned by the Company as may be made known to you.
Qualifications:
2-3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
Exceptional in Microsoft Excel
With HR/ Payroll background (a plus but not required)
