Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our advertising sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and selling advertising solutions tailored to meet their marketing objectives. This position plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and build a pipeline of new advertising clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, ensuring smooth onboarding and execution.
Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to develop customized advertising proposals and campaigns.
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches that align with client goals and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and campaign deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience in advertising, media, or a related industry (digital, programmatic, print, OOH, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advertising metrics is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
