Preferred Qualifications:
Certification from MSHA for surface or underground operations
Hands-on experience with conveyor systems and associated machinery
Strong background in mechanical repair and custom fabrication
Proficiency in welding and torch-based cutting techniques
Effective and professional communication abilities
Knowledge of servicing and diagnosing mining-related equipment

Primary Responsibilities:
Travel to customer locations to assess, maintain, and repair heavy-duty industrial machinery
Execute welding and fabrication tasks for equipment restoration or upgrades
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in the field
Carry out routine maintenance to minimize operational disruptions
Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service schedules and logistics

Role Requirements:
Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
Physical capability to lift and transport up to 100 lbs
Flexibility for occasional shift-based work
