Territory Account Manager
Are you a motivated, technically-minded professional with a passion for solving problems and building relationships? Join Richwood Industries, a leader in bulk material handling solutions, as a Territory Account Manager. You’ll be the face of our company in the field delivering value, insight, and service to mining and industrial clients across your region.
Most important is the ability to take a consultative approach to determining the customers’ needs and offering appropriate solutions in a technical field.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
Conduct on-site visits for equipment inspections, maintenance recommendations, and technical support.
Deliver consultative solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Richwood products.
Lead product demos and training using our mobile demo trailer.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer service, logistics) to ensure top-tier service.
Manage your territory through cold-calling, lead generation, and CRM tracking.
Territory Account Manager Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, mining, or industrial maintenance (preferred).
Background in quarry/mining, bulk material handling, or mechanical/fabrication is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read diagrams, measure equipment, and write clear, persuasive proposals.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Chattanooga, TN area.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
