What You Will Be Doing

As an Account Manager / Key Account Executive at InsurePlus, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships while ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and driving growth opportunities.

This is a client-facing role with opportunities to work remotely and occasionally onsite for client meetings, depending on business needs.

You Will:

Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Understand client needs and tailor insurance products and services to meet those requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, Customer Service) to deliver seamless client experiences.

Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.

Prepare and deliver account reviews, presentations, and performance reports to clients.

Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in account management, key account executive, or client relationship roles (insurance/financial services experience preferred).

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver excellent customer service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
