What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst at InsurePlus, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You will analyze financial performance, develop forecasts, support budgeting processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are achieved.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
You Will:
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide actionable insights for management.
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for leadership teams.
Collaborate with business units to evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives.
Develop financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist with risk assessments, cost optimization initiatives, and investment evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus).
2 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role (insurance/financial services experience preferred).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, financial modeling).
Experience with financial systems, ERP, or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
