About the Opportunity
Looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity where you control your schedule and income? Royal Level Solutions, LLC is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide inbound support to customers of leading brands in industries such as retail, travel, hospitality, and healthcare.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You’ll enjoy the freedom of self-employment while representing trusted companies and delivering excellent customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide product and service information clearly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain a positive, empathetic approach with customers
• Meet client performance goals (e.g., resolution time, satisfaction scores)
• Follow client-specific policies and procedures
Technical Requirements
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11
• High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
(Full technical requirements provided during onboarding)
Skills & Experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Self-motivated and reliable
Minimum Requirements
• 18 years or older
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Completion of required client training
