We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. You should be able to build rapport quickly and understand customer needs to promote relevant offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential or existing customers via phone to inform them about products or services.
* Answer questions about products or the company.
* Understand customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives.
* Handle objections to turn them into sales opportunities.
* Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with call details and follow- ups.
*Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
*Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
*Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
