Operations Executive Position.

•Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

•Job Type: Full-Time On-Site.

•Salary: 7000 to 9000 SAR / month

Important Note: Only applicants who are currently residing in Riyadh, with valid and transferable residence (Iqama) will be considered.

We are a growing Entertainment Agency and looking for an Operations Executive to join us full-time & on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you thrive in structured, multi-location environments and are excited to create measurable impact across quality, cost, and team performance this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

•Monitor day-to-day branch operations, SOP checklists, and quality reports.
•Identify and resolve anomalies across sales, service, and quality data.
•Lead process improvement loops (create deploy measure refine).
•Cut unnecessary costs (OPEX) and improve performance across branches.
•Coordinate with branch managers, VM teams, and quality departments.
•Conduct staff appraisals and enforce operational excellence standards.
•Track all tasks using Agile principles and tools like ASANA.

What You Must Have:

*3 5 years in operations (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar).
•Strong experience in reporting, task tracking, and operational audits.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related.
•High attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and process thinking.
•Familiarity with Agile methodology is a big plus.
