What You’ll Be Doing:

-Oversee day-to-day workshop operations to ensure smooth, timely service
-Lead and support a team of skilled technicians
-Maintain high-quality service standards in line with manufacturer expectations
-Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve department goals
-Provide technical assistance and hands-on guidance when needed
-Ensure excellent customer service at all stages
-Make sure all repairs and services are completed to standard
