Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Operations Automation Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives within our banking operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking processes, a keen eye for automation opportunities, and proven experience in all phases of the automation project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to vendor selection. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a techno-functional aptitude are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Engage with stakeholders to identify and understand their needs and challenges related to banking operations.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for automation projects.
Contribute to requirements gathering as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on banking operations and automation.
Finalize and maintain comprehensive requirement documents.
Prepare comprehensive RFP documentation, including RFP scoring criteria.
Manage the RFP process, including RFP issuance, vendor demos, review and feedback on vendor submissions, and RFP scoring.
Provide vendor recommendations based on thorough evaluations.
Utilize strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Identify and assess automation opportunities within existing banking processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of automation solutions.
Contribute to testing and validation of automated processes.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong understanding of banking processes and automation opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in preparing and managing RFPs for technology solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Techno-functional experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
