About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Tinting Service Manager to take charge of daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery. This leadership role involves managing a team of tinting professionals, maintaining quality control, optimizing workflow, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day tinting operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.

- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of tinting technicians, ensuring continuous skill development.

- Ensure all tinting applications meet company and industry standards for quality and durability.

- Plan and coordinate job scheduling to optimize workflow and service turnaround times.

- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplier relationships to maintain seamless operations.

- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

- Enforce strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

- Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency in tinting and protective film applications.

- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement process improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience in window tinting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing workshop operations.

- Expertise in various window tinting techniques and knowledge of industry-leading products.

- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance requirements.

- Physical capability to perform tinting tasks, including standing for long periods and working in confined spaces.
