Ensure seamless travel experiences by managing reservations, itinerary adjustments, and special requests.
Stay informed about visa requirements, travel regulations, and destination-specific guidelines.
Communicate effectively with travel vendors, partners, and clients to coordinate arrangements.
Keep up-to-date with global tourism trends, promotions, and travel industry updates.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of international travel destinations and tourism trends.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests.
Experience in travel planning, tourism, or hospitality is preferred, but training is provided.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry tools is a plus.
