Analyst Programmer and ICT Quality Assurance Engineer
SALARY Range $80,000 -$110,000 + Super (Annually)

Full Time Analyst Programmer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Programmer Analyst designs technology solutions for an organisation, determine what needs to be resolved and helps put those solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Organising information about a procedure to be improved or an issue to be resolved
• Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
• Recommending a solution to management through written reports or presentations
• Conducting onsite observations and interviewing employees to determine methods, equipment and personnel needed
• Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language
• Recommending new procedures, systems or organisational changes
• Developing alternative practices or solutions
• Meeting with Managers to ensure changes are working
• Programming the system by encoding the requirements of the project in computer language
• providing advice, guidance and supporting and assisting other Programmers

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in programming languages
• In-depth understanding of various programming languages, including HTML, CSS, Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript and C#
• Excellent technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expected Salary Range
$80,000 -$110,000 + Super (Annually)

Full Time ICT Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing quality assurance frameworks to evaluate the efficiency, reliability, and performance of computer systems and environments. The position may also involve leading and mentoring QA teams to uphold best practices across projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute quality audits, including detailed analysis of systems, data, and technical documentation
• Identify process deviations, vulnerabilities, and high-risk areas impacting compliance with quality standards
• Develop and recommend corrective action plans to address non-compliance and enhance process efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote awareness, understanding, and adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Support troubleshooting activities by diagnosing, testing, and resolving system defects and performance issues
• Provide technical training and guidance on application software, QA methodologies, and operational processes
• Analyze and resolve technical issues across system components, including hardware, software, networks, databases, and security systems
• Design and execute test strategies to identify defects in system functionality and code, ensuring alignment with defined specifications and quality benchmarks
• Conduct system architecture reviews and recommend scalable, future-ready technology solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including test plans, reports, user guides, and system specifications

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 3-7 years’ experience in programming languages
• In-depth understanding of various Test Automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, MySQL / PostgreSQL, Playwright
• Excellent technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Expected Salary Range
$80,000 -$110,000 + Super (Annually)
