Full Time Marketing Specialist
$77,000 - $82,000 plus superannuation
Summary
The Marketing Specialist identifies and evaluates market opportunities and advises management on the development, coordination, and implementation of strategies for pricing, promotion, and brand positioning of the organisation's goods and services. The role is responsible for developing and coordinating advertising and marketing campaigns, determining target markets for new and existing services, and supporting business growth through strategic market analysis and promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
2. Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
3. Analyse market research data to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
4. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website and social media platforms.
5. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support business decisions.
6. Advise management on marketing objectives and growth strategies.
Academic and Trades Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Commerce, or a closely related field (Essential)
Work Experience and Skills
(Essential)
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying market opportunities and supporting pricing and promotional strategies.
• Experience in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and online advertising
• Experience in brand development and market expansion initiatives.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Experience within the glass industry.
