Full Time Retail Manager
SALARY $80,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities
• Organising and controlling operations of the retail store.
• Manage staff rostering to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to align the team on goals and updates.
• Oversee stock ordering, stock management, and online ordering to ensure product availability.
• Set and review product pricing in line with market trends and business goals.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Analyse sales data regularly to identify trends and drive store performance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives and suppliers.
• Deliver excellent customer service management, including managing refunds and resolving complaints.
• Assist on checkouts during busy periods to support the team and maintain service standards.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Diploma and Advance Diploma of Leadership & Management 3+ Years of relevant retail management experience
