Job Description

For this position, you are responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, answering client inquiries, and monitoring, checking, and encoding item inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for maintaining the warehouse management duties (Monitoring supply to track order shipments and deliveries).
-Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
-Prepares and coordinates product load for shipments
-Ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
-Encoding, maintaining, receiving, and delivering goods on time.
-Use a computer to track product shipments across multiple channels.
-Writing orders for stock purchases or sales.
-Ensures stock, supplies, and shipment methods are coordinated for timely client delivery.
-Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
-Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
-Ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system.

Qualifications:

-Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or in a related field)
-Work experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good organizational skills
-Computer skills
-Able to learn quickly, can pay attention to details, and multitask.
