Job Profile: Production Officer
Location: Boisar (Tarapur), Maharashtra
Experience Required: 2 5 Years (Ideally in API/Pharma Manufacturing)
Salary (CTC): Up to 5.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Shift Management: Independently handle manufacturing shifts while strictly following cGMP and safety protocols.

Equipment Operation: Hands-on experience with production equipment like Reactors, Centrifuges, Distillation Columns, and Dryers.

Documentation: Accurate preparation and maintenance of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR, and occupancy logs.

Process Control: Monitoring chemical reactions and troubleshooting process problems to meet production targets.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with DCS (Distributed Control System) and ERP software is highly preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering).
Industry: Must have experience in an API or Bulk Drug manufacturing plant.
Skills: Knowledge of Hydrogenation processes and organic synthesis.
