We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the overall finance and accounting operations in a dynamic FMCG distribution environment. The role involves managing financial planning, reporting, taxation, compliance, and internal control systems to ensure the organization’s financial stability and regulatory compliance.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for supervising accounting activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role requires close monitoring of cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will also oversee taxation matters, statutory compliance, and external and internal audit processes.

A key responsibility includes establishing strong financial controls and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures. The role will require coordination with various departments to maintain financial discipline and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong systems capability and hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP, to manage financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis effectively. Experience in an FMCG distribution setup will be highly beneficial, as the role requires understanding high-volume transactions, inventory-linked financial processes, and distribution operations.

The Financial Controller will also play a vital role in strengthening financial governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing best financial practices to support sustainable business growth.
