We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse and store operations in a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of goods across multiple warehouse locations.

The role requires strong operational knowledge of warehouse management practices, including stock control, order processing, and inventory accuracy. The Warehouse Manager will ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles to maintain product quality and reduce wastage. The candidate should also be capable of coordinating closely with sales and logistics teams to support mobile or route-van sales operations.

Key responsibilities include monitoring incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods. The role also involves supervising loading and unloading operations, optimizing warehouse space utilization, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards within the facility.

The Warehouse Manager will regularly review stock levels, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. Strong coordination with procurement, distribution, and sales teams is required to maintain smooth supply chain operations.
