Purpose of role

As Deputy Head of Europe (Growth), you will report to the CEO and work closely with team leaders to drive growth across four key areas:

Customer Growth Engaging early-stage tech startups to join SkilledUp Life, ideally Pre-Seed funded tech startups.
Revenue Growth Supporting the conversion of startups into paying customers.
Volunteer Growth Attracting and onboarding new volunteers across Europe.
Team Growth Recruiting and building a European growth team to strengthen operations.
This is a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for driving measurable results in Europe.

Key activities

Manage the financial or turnover performance
Team management - supervises staff, set expectation and manages performance
Contributes to the strategic planning
Set-up overall team KPIs based on strategy
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and improves on delivery quality
Startup Acquisition: Identify and engage early-stage tech startups in Europe.
Work with European accelerators, incubators, and founder networks.
Revenue Contribution: Drive pipeline growth and support conversion of startups into paying customers.
Volunteer Recruitment: Expand the volunteer base across Europe through communities and education partnerships.
Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit, onboard and manage a volunteer-based growth team for Europe.
Growth Reporting: Provide weekly updates on customer, revenue, volunteer, and team growth metrics.
