Purpose of role

The Regional Partnership Lead Bengaluru plays a key role in expanding SkilledUp Life’s global volunteer and partnership network. By conducting market research, engaging with potential volunteers, and coordinating recruitment activities, you will help SkilledUp Life identify and onboard talented individuals to support tech startups worldwide. This role directly contributes to growing the organization’s presence across regions and provides hands-on experience in volunteer management, market mapping, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Activities:

Research & Market Mapping: Identify accelerators, incubators, and startups in target regions for partnerships and recruitment.

Outreach & Engagement: Connect with volunteers, country leads, and founders via LinkedIn, email, and social platforms.

Volunteer Recruitment & Assessment: Screen and interview potential volunteers, evaluate role fit, and clarify expectations.

Collaboration & Coordination: Participate in team meetings, update progress, and support recruitment strategies and materials.

Operational Support: Maintain tracking spreadsheets, document progress, and monitor engagement metrics.

Strategic Contribution: Provide regional ecosystem insights, develop repeatable recruitment processes, and expand volunteer and partnership networks.
