Purpose of Role

The Accelerator Partner Account Manager plays a key role in managing SkilledUp Life’s global network of accelerator partners. You will nurture relationships, oversee engagement activities, and ensure startups within partner accelerators derive maximum value from the SkilledUp Life platform.
Your work will focus on maintaining strong partner satisfaction, supporting onboarding processes, tracking engagement metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about partnership management, startup ecosystems, and sustainable relationship building in a global remote environment.

Key Activities:

Relationship Management: Act as main contact for accelerator partners, maintain engagement, and address concerns.

Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new partners through onboarding and integrate their startups into the platform.

Engagement Monitoring: Track partner, startup, and volunteer activity; implement re-engagement strategies for low participation.

Data Management & Reporting: Keep detailed records in internal systems and provide regular performance reports.

Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and improve account management processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Volunteer Acquisition, and Product teams; represent the organization in partner meetings and events.
