Purpose of Role
The Support Volunteer plays a critical role in ensuring SkilledUp Life’s community composed of volunteers and tech startup customers is well supported and engaged. This role combines real-time community interaction via Tawk Chat, direct messaging, and occasional social media contact with operational support to ensure smooth onboarding, profile completion, and overall satisfaction of volunteers and customers.
Key Activities
Handle Tawk Chats from prospective and existing Volunteers and Customers.
Assist community members to complete and optimize their SkilledUp Life profiles.
Guide companies through creating SkilledUp Life Company Profiles and subscribing to services.
Support companies in publishing opportunities and volunteers in applying for roles.
Respond to queries, provide guidance, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate tracking of volunteer and customer interactions in Google Sheets and dashboards.
Report issues, concerns, and complaints to the Head of Support and CEO.
Collaborate with team members for onboarding, process improvements, and operational continuity.
Attend weekly stand-ups, team huddles, and any training sessions as required.
