Purpose of Role

As the Sub Team Leader Education Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding SkilledUp Life’s collaboration with education providers and EdTech organizations globally. You will oversee research, outreach, and engagement initiatives to build relationships that strengthen volunteer pipelines and support startup growth.
Working closely with the Partnerships Leadership Team and volunteers, you will ensure structured outreach, manage key education partner accounts, and contribute to strategic documentation and process improvements that enhance SkilledUp Life’s global impact.

Key Activities:
Research and identify global EdTech partnership opportunities.

Manage partnership tracking systems and directories.

Lead outreach and maintain engagement with potential and existing partners.

Draft proposals, follow-ups, and engagement briefs.

Coordinate partnership meetings and capture insights for improvement.

Support volunteer acquisition campaigns and onboarding processes.

Track and report volunteer and partnership metrics.

Develop and update competency frameworks and documentation.

Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy and alignment.

Participate in strategic meetings, team huddles, and planning sessions.

Prepare weekly progress reports, maintain records, and support data collection.
