Purpose of Role
The Sub-Team Leader Accelerator Partnerships is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of Accelerator Partnership Volunteers who manage relationships with global accelerator partners. This role ensures strong partner engagement, successful onboarding, measurable outcomes, and alignment with organisational goals. By providing leadership, oversight, and strategic direction, the Sub-Team Leader enables the team to deliver sustained partner activation, startup inflow, and long-term collaboration value while gaining experience in partnership leadership within a global startup ecosystem.
Lead, coach, and coordinate Accelerator Partnership Volunteers, including workload allocation and performance management.
Oversee partner portfolios, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and escalation of complex issues.
Manage onboarding of new accelerator partners and standardize integration practices.
Monitor team and partner performance, track metrics, and provide consolidated reports.
Identify growth opportunities, support strategic discussions, and promote scalable account management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Volunteer teams to support partner success.
Capture best practices, drive process improvements, and support volunteer onboarding and development.
