Job Description
We are hiring a meticulous and dependable Remote Data Processing Specialist to support HR and administrative functions across our parent organization and affiliated entities. This position is essential to preserving data accuracy, safeguarding confidential records, and ensuring seamless internal operations through precise information management.
The successful candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and capable of handling structured, high-volume tasks efficiently within a remote work environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and reconcile employee and applicant data within internal databases, ERP platforms, and tracking systems
- Compile and maintain digital personnel files, onboarding documentation, and operational reports
- Review, classify, and archive candidate submissions from external job boards and internal recruitment channels
- Audit records for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare structured spreadsheets and summary reports using Microsoft Excel, including advanced data organization functions
- Perform routine administrative coordination such as electronic filing, record indexing, and data verification
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent credential
- Prior experience in data management, clerical administration, or records coordination preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numeric accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously while consistently meeting performance benchmarks
