Full Time Chef
SALARY $77,000 + SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES
- Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies,
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation,
- Discussing food preparation issues with managers, dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff,
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures,
- Preparing and cooking food,
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations,
- Select and train staff,
- Freeze and preserve foods maintain occupational health and safety at workplace.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Hold qualification in commercial cookery and hospitality, Diploma of Hospitality preferred and at least 2 years of work experience as a Chef is required.
