Job Description
Take the helm of our High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) operations. This is a key leadership role where you will drive production excellence, technical innovation, and team development, delivering precision parts for global automotive and electronics leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Full P&L and KPI ownership for the die-casting department (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
Lead daily operations, optimizing a range of die-casting machines (LK & Toyo, 125T-2500T) and secondary processes.
Provide expert technical leadership in casting processes, mold design/fabrication, and root-cause problem-solving.
Spearhead continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Build, coach, and mentor a large team of supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Develop budgets and control operational expenses.
Who You Are (Requirements):
15+ years of hands-on experience in a High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) environment.
5+ years in a management role overseeing both production and engineering teams.
Mandatory expertise in Aluminum (cold chamber) and Zinc (hot chamber) die casting.
Proven track record with high-specification parts for Automotive, Electronics, or Industrial sectors.
Strong background in Mold Design and Fabrication/Repair is essential.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and Lean tools.
