This is a full-time permanent role based in Thailand under ZLY Precision Tool (Thailand) Co Ltd. ZLY Cutting Tools is a leading manufacturer of non-standard solid carbide cutting tools.

Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

· Identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer base.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.

· Understand customer cutting tools needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Conduct regular training and performance reviews for sales staff.

· Maintain in-depth knowledge of cutters and related products.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

· Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.

· Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support sales activities.

· Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

· Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maximize competitive advantage.

· Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.

· Ensure timely closing of sales and follow-up on after-sales service strategies.

· Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain positive relationships

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

· Willing to base in Thailand

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

· Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans.

· Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite.

· Ability to converse in Chinese and/or Thai will be an advantage.

· Possess valid driving license.
