Melodica Music Academy, the leading music and dance school in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic Telesales Agent (Contact Center) to join our growing team.
Role Summary
This role goes beyond traditional customer service you will play a key part in driving enrollments, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting business growth.
You will act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and prospective clients, delivering excellent service while confidently converting inquiries into enrollments and maximizing retention opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and persuasively
• Proactively follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Explain programs, schedules, and promotions effectively
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to maximize retention and upselling
• Consistently achieve or exceed enrollment and revenue targets
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable programs or upgrades
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Resolve concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements:
• Female candidates only with BPO/Call Center experience
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service + sales/business development
• Proven background in sales-driven environments (education, telesales, retail, enrollment, or service industries preferred)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Good computer proficiency with 35+ WPM typing speed
• Professional appearance & confident personality
• Currently based in the UAE & available for immediate joining
