Katana Japanese Restaurant is located at 19957 Willowbrook Dr, Langley BC V2Y 1A7. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Cooks (Japanese Food Cook). If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.

Position: Cook
Wage: CAD$20.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook various Japanese foods including various Teppanyaki stake and seafood main dishes, filet mignon, lobster, and appetizers including Yakitori, Takoyaki, Kushiyaki, and other items on the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
