We are looking a detail-oriented and analytical Corporate Finance Executive to support the company’s financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial models, budgets, and forecasts; analyzing financial performance; supporting investment evaluations and capital allocation decisions; and assisting with cash flow management. You will collaborate with senior management to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability, prepare management reports and presentations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Additional responsibilities include monitoring key financial metrics, conducting variance analysis, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising activities as needed. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, and a solid understanding of accounting and corporate finance principles. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.
