We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring team performance to ensure goals are achieved. You will manage and motivate the sales team, conduct training and performance evaluations, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with relevant experience, is preferred.
