We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. In this role, you will manage production schedules, supervise and guide production staff, monitor workflow, and ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and deadlines. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, implementing process improvements, monitoring quality control, training team members, and enforcing workplace safety protocols. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics, to optimize production processes. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. A diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, along with relevant supervisory experience, is preferred.
