We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization’s network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and configuring network hardware and software, monitoring network performance, diagnosing connectivity issues, and ensuring secure and reliable network operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation of network configurations, performing routine maintenance and upgrades, supporting end-users with network-related problems, and collaborating with IT teams to implement new technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of networking protocols, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or a related field, along with relevant experience or certifications (such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+), is preferred.
