Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Paramedic to join our Allied Health team at GG Hospital, Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care, support critical patients, and ensure compliance with Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) standards.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced life support (ALS) and emergency medical care in line with DCAS protocols.
Respond to emergency calls, assess patient conditions, and administer appropriate treatment.
Operate and maintain medical equipment including defibrillators, ventilators, and monitoring devices.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to stabilize patients.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, interventions, and transport details.
Participate in ongoing training, drills, and quality improvement initiatives.
Uphold hospital policies, patient safety standards, and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid DCAS License (mandatory).
Diploma/Degree in Paramedicine or equivalent Allied Health qualification.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in emergency medical services.
Strong knowledge of advanced life support protocols and emergency procedures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Physically fit and adaptable to demanding emergency situations.
