️ Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Oncologist (Consultant or Specialist level) to join a leading hospital in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be Arab (male or female), fluent in Arabic, and possess a strong clinical background in oncology with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Arab (Male/Female)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in Medical Oncology
- Licensing: Valid MOH or DHA license or Eligibility Letter
- Language: Arabic speaking preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and treatment for oncology patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive cancer care
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols
- Contribute to patient education and preventive oncology programs
