Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Growth executes and optimizes digital campaigns that attract, nurture, and convert clients. Using Go High Level, this role builds workflows, manages email and SMS campaigns, and analyzes performance data to enhance client journey touchpoints. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Director, copywriter, and design team, the specialist ensures campaigns are engaging, on-brand, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities
1. Workflow Creation

Develop automated workflows and sequences in Go High Level to nurture leads and strengthen client journey touchpoints.
Ensure follow-up communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with marketing strategy.
Continuously improve automation based on performance data and client feedback.
2. Content Implementation

Collaborate with the copywriter and design team to upload, format, and optimize client-facing content for emails, funnels, and landing pages.
Ensure campaigns are visually appealing, on-brand, and technically accurate.
Maintain content libraries and update assets to reflect new campaigns.
3. Campaign Execution

Build, launch, and manage client-facing email and SMS campaigns in Go High Level.
Monitor campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns in coordination with the Growth Marketing Director.
4. Optimization & Testing

Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, templates, landing pages, and funnel structures.
Identify and scale winning strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Document testing insights for continuous campaign improvement.
5. Analytics & Reporting

Track campaign performance using Go High Level dashboards and analytics tools.
Generate weekly reports highlighting engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
Present actionable insights to leadership for campaign refinements.
