Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and brand development.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify and develop new customer acquisition strategies to increase market share.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, and business proposals.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities where required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
Excellent analytical and market research skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain professional business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in international markets.
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Experience in budget management and performance analysis.
Additional language skills (Mandarin Chinese is advantageous but not essential).
