We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator / Admin Clerk to join our team.
This position is open to motivated individuals seeking to develop their skills and gain practical workplace experience within a structured organisation.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and filing
Answering Screening Calls and directing incoming calls
Data capturing and document completion
Receiving and recording stock
Maintaining vehicle maintenance and licence disc records
Supporting operational and administrative tasks
Collating Debtors & Creditors
Stock Control
Petty Cash Recons
PA Duties
Purchase Orders & Following up on collections & Deliveries
Capturing quotes
Identifying tenders relevant to the company’s field, Tender analysis, Completion &
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience
Matric
Accountancy Experience (Excel)
Thorough Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word, Internet & PowerPoint
Good reconciliation skills
Basic computer literacy
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Willingness to learn and assist across departments
Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail
Organised and reliable
