Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to assess and finalize talent acquisition. Additional responsibilities include creating job descriptions, building a talent pipeline, staying updated with recruitment trends, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
