SALARY $77,000 Plus SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES
- Setting up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Cooking dishes in accordance with the menus and recipes
- Ensuring consistency and quality of all dishes
- Keeping kitchen area clean and organised
- Complying with food safety and hygiene requirements
- Storing food and other inventory properly
- Assisting in ordering of food supplies
- Working with other team members effectively

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen, with solid experience in Chinese / Japanese restaurants.
- Able to prepare dishes with precision and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
